Penrose was designed with consoles in mind (but also works with PCs), while Mobius was designed mainly for PC use.Penrose is primarily a wireless two-channel (stereo) headset that uses a USB 2.4GHz transmitter, while Mobius is primarily an eight-channel (surround) headset with built-in 3D and head-tracking that uses a wired USB connection. While it does look like Mobius, it does not feature any of the 3D audio or head-tracking technology included in Mobius.
